Unbound has entered Administration following financial challenges. Allister Manson & Charles Turner of Opus Restructuring LLP were appointed Administrators of the Company o n Monday, 10 March. The business and certain key assets have now been acquired in a pre-packaged sale by Boundless IP Ltd, ensuring continuity for authors and employees.

 As part of the acquisition, Boundless has secured Unbound’s intellectual property, ongoing customer and supplier relationships and publishing contracts, digital assets, and goodwill associated with brands such as Unbound, Neem Tree Press and BoundlessLit. The new owners have also retained all existing Company employees.

Boundless looks forward to supporting Unbound’s vibrant community of writers and readers.
